Invitation to the Open Day at the Holistic Center “Retreat Monferrato”

A special day dedicated to well-being, mindfulness, and discovering modalities that help body, mind, and spirit return to harmony.

Throughout the day, I will offer an experiential Somatic Experiencing® session, giving you the opportunity to connect with yourself through somatic listening.

We will also have the unique chance to experience all of this in the presence of an exceptionally sensitive and perceptive animal—the horse.
