About Me

Growth requires clarity. Clarity requires open dialogue. Open dialogue requires support.

Let me introduce myself…

My name is Judith C. Kruger, and I have always been drawn to what makes people authentic, alive, and truly present.

Holding a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development, I worked for several years in the field of training, focusing particularly on professional education and potential development. I loved creating spaces where people could express themselves, grow, and discover their talents. Over time, however, I felt that kind of work remained on the surface.

This need to go deeper led me to connect with the body—and particularly with the nervous system—through a three-year training program in Somatic Experiencing®, a gentle yet powerful approach that addresses how we regulate our inner experiences, our state of being, and our vitality.

The body communicates what words often cannot. And that is precisely where my work begins today: through deep, non-judgmental listening that helps re-establish a more authentic connection with oneself.

In recent years, I have also had the opportunity to work within the healthcare sector, engaging closely with caregivers—doctors, nurses, psychologists, and healthcare workers. Experiencing firsthand their challenges, their dedication, and the emotional weight that this work often brings has allowed me to cultivate a deep sensitivity toward issues such as stress, emotional overload, and human error.

With my expertise, I offer a supportive and regulating space—a “safe harbor” where these professionals can regain balance, confidence, and presence, even when facing difficult times or sensitive issues.

Alongside this journey lies a lifelong passion of mine: horses.

Their sensitivity, their presence, and the way they experience the world offer profound lessons.

For this reason, I also offer sessions in the presence of horses, as well as more structured experiential journeys, where the relationship with the horse becomes an integral part of the process.

This is not about horseback riding; it is an encounter: a mindful space where the horse serves as a mirror, a guide, and a companion in transformation.
